SAMPAR is a French cosmetic brand. The research and development department, the laboratory and the production are all based in France.

Where can I purchase SAMPAR products ?
You just have to consult the points of sale section of the site to discover your closest retail location. Are SAMPAR products tested on animals ? We do not test our products on animals. We evaluate all our products through clinical studies on a panel of volunteers.

Are SAMPAR products non-comedogenic ?
All our products are non-comedogenic, i.e. they reduce the appearance of comedones due to the fact that we do not use ingredients sourced from the petroleum industry.

Our products contain a high concentration of natural ingredients, however, we do not have the 90% necessary for the appellation “100% natural”.

Why do we have to protect our skin from pollution ?

The skin acts as a barrier between the body’s internal structure and the surrounding environment, protecting our organs through its natural threefold construction. Pollutants penetrate the skin and asphyxiate the cells, causing cutaneous misbalance and an acceleration of the ageing process. To fight against this phenomena, we equipped all of our products* with the antipollution shield, the urban advance complex. Its 3 active ingredients neutralize the negative effects of pollutants, relax the skin and boost its natural defences.

Can we use your products during pregnancy ?

To be safe, we recommend that some of our products are not used during the first 3 months of pregnancy. This is due to the presence of the non indicated ingredients contained in some of our products like the essential oils. We recommend avoiding the following products: Lap of Luxury Sea Scrub, Dew it Again Shower Gel, Equalizing Foam Peel, Prodigal Pen.
On the contrary, we do recommend using the following products during pregnancy as they effectively fight against the vergetures: Lift Me Up bust, Cream Joyous Body Milk.

How long will my SAMPAR product last ?

You can find the recommended use by date on all our products. This can be found on the draw of an open jar and is generally 12 months.

Data regarding personal information and bank card payment methods are secured by an encryption process.  Payment information is never stored and is transmitted securely to our payment partner, BNP.

What are the methods for payment?
All orders are payable in Euros. The Buyer may use bank cards or PAYPAL on the SAMPAR site.
To pay for your order using a card, the Buyer must have one of the following bank cards: Visa, MasterCard or American Express. The Buyer guarantees PARLABO Sarl that the Buyer is authorized to use the payment card selected, when the order was placed.  In case of non payment, PARLABO Sarl will automatically cancel the order.  Penalties equal to the legal interest rate plus 5 points – but not exceeding the attrition rate applicable on the date the dispute began - will be automatically applicable to amounts not paid beginning ten days after the invoice date or upon notification that the bank payment was rejected. If a payment for an order is delayed, delivery of any new order can be suspended notwithstanding these dispositions.  To combat Internet fraud, the information regarding your order may be transmitted to a third party for verification. In order to ensure the security of payments made using bank cards, the Client will transmit the card security code (CVV) to Cybersource.
The Buyer must have an account to pay using PAYPAL. If the Buyer wishes to pay for her order using PAYPAL, she will validate her shopping bag, select pay with PAYPAL, indicate her bank information and the order will be validated and paid.

What are the costs and fees for delivery?
An order can only be associated with one postal address. If you wish to send several products in the same order to several addresses, you must create an order for each address. We process and ship orders on business days Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on sampar.fr can be delivered in Metropolitan France (Corsica and overseas departments and territories) and in the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, the United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, it is delivered by COLISSIMO in five business days maximum (France) and 10 working days maximum (outside of France) by mail. You must pay for delivery of each order. You may receive shipping if you use a promotional code or if your order is 60 Euros (France) and 100 Euros (outside France).

How do I return a product or receive a refund?
The Buyer may return products according to the following conditions: The products must be returned to PARLABO Sarl in perfect condition to be resold, in their original condition, with the packaging unopened. The client is responsible for shipping fees for returns. Packages without postage or with insufficient postage will not be accepted. In case PARLABO Sarl is responsible for an error in shipping the products or in case a product is defective, the Buyer will be reimbursed for fees for the return. PARLABO Sarl will accept returns of any item purchased on the site if it is returned within 7 days from the date of receipt by the Buyer, according to Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code. To return an item the Buyer must follow the instructions below: Use the original packaging to return the product. Send the package to the following address: PARLABO Sarl Service Client @commerce 20 avenue du Maine 75015 PARIS The Buyer is responsible for any risk linked to retuning the product. If the procedure and timeframes indicated above are not followed, the Buyer cannot make any claim that the products delivered do not conform or that they have any apparent defect, as they are then deemed to conform and to be free of any apparent defect.  Within 15 days after receipt of the returned order PARLABO Sarl will send a check as reimbursement for any order that is cancelled.

How can I change or cancel an order?

Please make your request in writing as soon as possible on our contact form by clicking on the “Contact” link located on the bottom of the www.sampar.com home page. We cannot guarantee that changes requested will be taken into consideration because the orders are processed quickly. How can I create an account on the site? You can create your account on the welcome page, by clicking on “My Account” located on the top right side of the www.sampar.com home page. Then, you can simply fill in the form to create your account with your personal information and your email address. Then select your confidential password, and validate it twice. You just have to confirm that you have created your account. To do that, click on the “Create my account" button on the bottom of your screen. How can I change my personal information? In the “My Account” section, identify yourself, click “Personal information” and make the changes, then click “Validate”.

How do I use a promotional code?

How does the SAMPAR ADDICT program work?
The SAMPAR ADDICT program allows SAMPAR clients who have placed orders totalling 250 Euros* or more after deducting all discounts (on www.sampar.com, at SEPHORA and other stores) to obtain the product of their choice.

The INTERNET (www.sampar.com) clients who place a single order totalling 250 Euros can automatically select the SAMPAR product of their choice from the drop down list when they make their purchase. The clients who place several orders that total 250 Euros, can automatically select the SAMPAR product of their choice from the drop down list when they purchase their latest order. Clients from SEPHORA and other stores who make several purchases that total 250 Euros, must download their SAMPAR ADDICT card here, fill it out and send it with all the receipts (not including purchases on www.sampar.com) to the following address: PARLABO/SAMPAR 20 avenue du Maine 75015 PARIS.

NOTICE: We do not accept receipts for purchases made on the www.sampar.com site. In addition, the SAMPAR ADDICT program will not function if a client sends the PARLABO company a combination of receipts for sampar.com and SEPHORA /other stores.
* The SAMPAR ADDICT program is valid for 1 year, the date of the first purchase being proof thereof.
